However, remote workers introduce a significant concern for businesses – that of data security. With workers connecting to your company’s servers and accessing data stores from work on their home computers, it's natural to be concerned that someone will be able to skim company data without them being aware of it. As a result, companies are responsible for ensuring their employees are adequately trained in industry-standard data security protocols.
